In other words, we aim for brand discovery! As for our ranking, I’ve tried every one of these brands, many, a lot more than once, so I know a bit about them firsthand. Kicking things off, Backwoods Cigars reigns supreme as America’s go-to natural leaf cigarillo brand. This is my #1 favorite, all-time natural leaf cigar brand. Hate it or love it, it’s the brand that millions prefer above all others. Frontier Cheroot Cigars might remind you of Backwoods, but they’ve carved out their own lane. These are a fan favorite with thousands of sales and zero complaints at Bluegrass Tobacco. Some folks call Doopy Woods a Backwoods copycat, but let’s be real—these natural leaf cigarillos stand tall on their own. They burn slow, taste great, and match Backwoods’ vibe without breaking a sweat. 11. Good Times Sweet Woods Leaf
You may know Good Times Cigarillos, but their Sweet Woods Leaf line is next-level. These natural leaf cigarillos are fresh, slow-burning, and always deliver authentic flavor. I used to smoke these a few years back; they were like $10 a box, but each year, they got more and more, so I gave up on them. Although they’re still good, they’re just not my favorite.

On a personal note, I don’t like them much; they don’t taste bad, I just think they’re a little weak, burn faster than others, but then again, a box costs like $18, so you almost can’t complain!

Only You Can Choose the Best Natural Leaf Cigars
The truth is, there are many excellent natural leaf cigar brands and flavors on the market today, some I didn’t mention because I think they suck, like Throwback, those were a real disappointment in my opinion, but who cares when we have so many other great options to choose from, such as my top five listed above! However, selecting the best is all about what you prefer and how much you’re willing to spend. If you’re like me and don’t mind paying a little extra for the best natural leaf cigars or cigarillos, chances are you won’t mind the price, especially since nobody has better prices than Bluegrass Tobacco!
