Three new Swisher Sweets Classic flavors have arrived at Bluegrass Tobacco, giving us another reason to add to an already massive Swisher selection. The newest arrivals include Purple Razz<\/a>, Orange Cream, and Mango Lemonade, each available in the familiar Classic cigarillo style with two cigars per pouch.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No cigar brand we carry produces more flavors than Swisher Sweets. That’s one reason it’s always interesting when another shipment shows up with something we haven’t carried before. Swisher has spent decades expanding beyond its original cigarillos with fruit, cream, tropical, dessert, and other flavor combinations, and the current Classic lineup continues that tradition. These three are now listed for sale here at Bluegrass Tobacco alongside many of the Swisher Sweets flavors<\/a> we already carry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swisher Sweets Keeps Finding New Flavors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Purple Razz adds another berry-style option to a lineup that already includes longtime fruit flavors such as Grape, Strawberry, and Blueberry. Orange Cream<\/a> goes in a different direction by pairing citrus with a cream flavor, while Mango Lemonade combines tropical mango with the tart citrus character you would expect from lemonade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mango Lemonade<\/a> also has some history. Swisher previously released the flavor in 2023, and an earlier Swisher release called Summer Twist used a similar lemon-and-mango combination. It has now returned as part of the current refreshed Classic lineup, where Swisher lists it as a new item alongside several other recent additions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bigger story is how much the Swisher Sweets selection keeps changing. Its current Classic lineup includes longtime staples alongside newer flavors such as Vanilla, Coco Pineapple, Watermelon, Cookies N Cream, and the three we just added. That’s before getting into Swisher Leaf, Leaf Wraps, BLK, Natural Leaf, and the other cigar styles the company produces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us, that’s one of the biggest differences between Swisher and most other cigar brands. There always seems to be another flavor around the corner. Even after carrying Swisher Sweets for years, we still regularly see something new arrive that wasn’t part of the selection before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Author’s Opinion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I haven’t tried Purple Razz, Orange Cream, or Mango Lemonade yet, so I won’t pretend I can tell you which one is best. I have, however, smoked my share of Swisher Sweets Classic cigars over the years and have tried more of their flavors than I could probably remember.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing I will say is that Swisher has always been extremely good at making its flavor names match what you’re actually smoking. If Swisher says a cigar tastes like Mango Lemonade, I expect it to taste like Mango Lemonade. In my opinion, no other cigar brand nails flavors quite as consistently as Swisher Sweets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nowadays, though, I find myself smoking more Swisher Leaf cigars<\/a> than the traditional Classics. The natural leaf style is more in line with what I usually reach for now, and that lineup has been growing too. Cookies N Cream is one of the newer Swisher Leaf flavors, and I’ve already tried that one. I highly recommend it. Swisher also recently added Russian Cream to the Leaf lineup, giving smokers even more choices beyond the Classic cigarillos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That doesn’t mean I’ve stopped paying attention to the Classics. Far from it. With a brand that releases this many flavors, you never really know what will show up next, and that’s part of what keeps Swisher Sweets interesting after all these years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
